The homepage visual system is warm editorial collage: ivory paper background, large serif headline, moss/ochre/clay accents, flat navigation with one moss purchase pill, and a large generated paper-collage hero image that spans the body width instead of sitting in a framed card. The hero image moves gently during scroll-telling, is losslessly optimized as PNG, and intentionally contains no readable text, fake app UI, or copyrighted book covers; product facts are rendered as HTML for accessibility, SEO, and GEO. The Service is operated by Built4.Fun ("we", "us"). By using the Service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. ### 1. What we offer Built4.Fun is the home page of a small studio. The site introduces our apps (Jinshu and TeenyWriter) and sells one digital good directly: a Jinshu Lifetime activation code for E-Ink and Android devices, paid through Stripe Checkout. Subscriptions and in-app purchases are governed by the respective platform's terms. ### 2. The Jinshu Lifetime activation code - **What you get**: A single code that unlocks Jinshu Premium on up to 5 Android or E-Ink devices, with no expiry, including future updates. - **Delivery**: Code is emailed after payment, normally within minutes. If not received within 24 hours, email happinesz@gmail.com. - **Use**: Intended for individual or family use. Do not resell or publicly share — compromised codes may be revoked. - **Refunds**: 7-day window. See Refund Policy below. ### 3. Pricing & taxes Prices are shown in USD. Stripe handles payment processing and may apply currency conversion. Where required, Stripe collects sales tax / VAT on our behalf. ### 4. Acceptable use You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to bypass payment, generate fraudulent codes, or chargeback after using a code; reverse-engineer the infrastructure; resell digital goods without permission. ### 5. Intellectual property The site copy, code, and brand assets are owned by Built4.Fun. You retain ownership of anything you create in our apps. ### 6. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. ### 7. Limitation of liability Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. ### 8. Governing law Laws of the People's Republic of China. No analytics, no ad pixels, no tracking cookies. Only one optional localStorage entry for language choice. ### What's collected when you buy Stripe handles checkout and collects: email (for delivery), billing details and payment method (stored by Stripe — we never see full card numbers), country, and tax/VAT details where required. After payment, we receive from Stripe: customer email, amount, currency, country, and Stripe payment ID (for accounting). Stored on our server for fulfillment, refunds, fraud checks, and record-keeping only. ### What we don't do - No advertising, no ad networks, no third-party trackers - No selling or sharing of personal data for marketing - No profiling or automated decision-making beyond Stripe's fraud signals - No newsletter or marketing emails — only purchase-related ### Activation code records For each code: code itself, customer email, Stripe payment ID, date issued, activation dates, and which installations consumed it. Needed for refunds, support, abuse detection, and the 5-device limit. ### Retention Records kept while needed for support and as required by tax/accounting law (typically 5–7 years). Deletion available after retention expires. ### Your rights GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA rights apply where relevant. Other channels (App Store, Google Play, Taobao) follow their own refund flows. ### 7-day window Full refund within 7 calendar days from purchase, for any reason. Refunded in original currency to original payment method through Stripe. ### How to request 1. Email happinesz@gmail.com from the address used at checkout 2. Include Stripe receipt number (ch_ or pi_) or date and amount 3. Optional: one-line description of what went wrong Response within 2 business days. Funds returned within 5–10 business days via Stripe. ### What happens to the code Refunded codes are revoked. Installations revert to the free tier on next launch. ### After 7 days Not guaranteed, but we read every email.
