Built4.Fun is a small studio. Whatever the reason — a question about an order, a refund, a bug, a partnership idea — write to the address below.

What to include

• Order or refund? Send from the address you used at checkout, and include the Stripe receipt number (it starts with ch_ or pi_) or the date and amount.
• App bug? Tell us which app, the device and OS version, and what you did right before it broke. Screenshots help.
• Press / partnership / something else? Just write what's on your mind — no template needed.

Response time

We aim to reply within two business days. Refund requests inside the 7-day window are usually approved on the first reply. If you haven't heard back within a week, your message landed in spam — please try again with a slightly different subject line.
